$3,000 in cash prizes! All registered artists or teams are eligible.

$25 registration fee. We assign squares as they are available. If you wish to be guaranteed a square of a specific size, you must provide a sponsor for the square. Click here for Sponsorship information.

Check in between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM the day of the event. If you have not begun work by 10:15 AM, your reserved space will be assigned to someone from the wait-list.

Festival Standards and Information are part of the artistic challenge. Work that does not meet the standards will not be eligible for any of the cash awards. Click here for Standards and Awards.

Application form is to be printed out and mailed along with your $25 registration fee (checks payable to Providence Rotary Charities Foundation) to the address below. Click here for Application.

Deadline to apply is Saturday, September 12. Applications submitted after that date will be added to the waitlist in the order received.

If you are waitlisted and then notified that a square is available, you will be considered a fully registered applicant. Otherwise, you will be assigned a number, and squares will be assigned by number as they become available the day of the event, starting at 10:15 AM.

ONE application PER SQUARE. If you are bringing a team, put the name, address, and email of the contact person on the form; include information on the rest of the team on the back of the application or send it later. We must have accurate and legible contact information on participants in order to write award checks and provide accurate publicity.
